Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
At Elementary Cosmetics Paris , we strive to process and ship orders quickly in order to provide you with the best possible service. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, it is difficult to modify or cancel it. However, we invite you to follow these steps:

Contact our customer service immediately: If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elementarycosmetics.com . Provide your order number and details of the desired changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee that changes can be made if the order is already being processed or shipped.

Exercise your right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. To do this:
- Inform us of your decision: Send an email to contact@elementarycosmetics.com indicating your intention to withdraw, specifying your order number and the products concerned.
- Returning Products: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refund: After receipt and verification of the returned products, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days.
