My order was cancelled, will my account be charged?
If your order has been cancelled, here's what happens depending on the payment method used:

Payment by bank card:
- If the cancellation took place before the charge, no amount will be debited from your account.
- If the amount was taken before cancellation, a refund will be automatically initiated. Depending on your bank, this refund may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Payment via PayPal or Klarna:
- For PayPal, if the order is cancelled before the payment is finalized, no charge will appear on your PayPal account. If a charge is made, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account within 1 to 3 business days.
- For Klarna, if the order is cancelled, Klarna will adjust your invoice or issue a refund if the payment has already been made. You can check the status of your refund directly in your Klarna app.
